Start your tour in Évora a city that is classified itself by UNESCO as World Heritage. Take the chance to visit the city and its streets. The next day head to Elvas and Estremoz. Elvas is our biggest fortified city in Portugal, wander in the city centre and in the afternoon go to Estremoz, our biggest Marble Town with a castle dated from 1258. Visit João Portugal Ramos winery and have a true wine experience.
Now that you met Évora, Elvas and Estremoz, go to Marvão. Visit the beautiful castle of this small town, ride a horse and get familiar with the olive oil production. Close to Marvão is the Natural Park of São Mamede. Take a walk to enjoy the views and in the afternoon go to Cabeço de Vide. In this typical town, visit the Jewish Quarter, the castle and its medieval historic center.
After discovering the inland Alentejo and its historical sites, head to Lisbon. Explore this vibrant city and its sites. Discover the World Heritage in the city centre and end your tour fully amazed by the Portuguese history and heritage.
Arrival to Lisbon’s airport. Transfer to Casa do Governador in Évora.
A walled city classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The city, with its narrow streets of Moorish origin contrast with squares full of light is the perfect place to wander around ad start this journey. We will give you plenty of suggestions of what not to miss and the local tips to discover the city.

Sleep in Casa do Governador.
After breakfast, head to Elvas, the biggest fortified city in Portugal and Europe. Visit its historic centre, the castle, its streets and squares, its churches and the aqueduct.
In the afternoon, head to Estremoz. Stop your car in the center and enjoy Estremoz, the largest of the Alentejo's "marble towns." The old, upper part of town is crowned by a castle founded in 1258.
Visit João Portugal Ramos Winery. You are in the heart of the Alentejo wine land, so you cannot come to this place without experiencing one of its wineries and get to know more of the Alentejo wine. You will have a unique wine experience where you create your own wine and become a winemaker for a day. Learn more about different grape varieties and make your own blend. Program served with regional cheese and Alentejo bread and olive oil tasting.

After breakfast, we invite you to discover Marvão and one of the most beautiful castles in Portugal.
In the afternoon go horse riding and visit a old mill with the production of olivel oil. There will be an explanation of the milling process with a visit to the modern mill; visit to the old mill.Taste the olive oil accompanied with local wine.
Wonder yourself with the place you will be staying. Casa das Lavandas. Follow the inspiring scent of Lavender, through shades of purple, in the heart of São Mamede Natural Park. It’s a 6 ha lavender plantation and a unique guest house.
Covering a 31.750 ha area, the Natural Park of São Mamede Mountain stretches along this mountain, and it embraces the councils of Arronches, Castelo de Vide, Marvão and Portalegre. Take a walk and enjoy unique views.
In the afternoon stroll along Castelo de Vide and discover the jewish quarter. In a steep slope meander the narrow sidewalks which go from “Porta da Vila”, in the Castle, to “Fonte da Vila”, in everything equal from those who form the remaining medieval nucleus. Visit the castle, the medieval jewish quarter, the medieval burgh, the synagogue and the renaissance fortifications.
In the afternoon enjoy one of the local cafés and just seat and read your favourite book. You will find this place magical.
Sleep in Quinta das Lavandas.
After breakfast, drive to Lisbon and enjoy the city of the 7 hills.
