Convento da Sertã is a former 17th-century convent, which has become a distinct Boutique Hotel in central Portugal. In the picturesque village of Sertã, this charming hotel is the starting point to visit the Schist Villages.

Convento da Sertã has remained faithful to its original design and renewed levels of comfort which combined with breakfasts filled with typical products, delights its visitors. In addition to the 25 rooms, Convento da Sertã offers an outdoor swimming pool in the summer months, a bar and a massage and treatment area.

Convento da Sertã has several routes that you can enjoy to get to know the entire surrounding area. Explore the nearby Schist Villages, the Zêzere River and visit the historic sites of central Portugal.

From Lisbon Airport follow A1 North / A8 West / A12 South and continue on the A23 with exit towards Abrantes / Castelo Branco / Torres Novas and then take exit 10 to Nacional 2 towards Abrantes Norte / Vila de Rei/ Sardoal. Follow Nacional 2 until Sertã. In the village of Sertã cross the river and turn left twice until you find the Convento da Sertã on your left.

Reservations and Cancellations: Cancellations will be charged 50% of the total stay. In cases of no show or early departure will be charged 100% of the stay.
