At the restaurant, Chef Octávio Freitas uses the most authentic, regional and fresh products: fish from the coast, herbs and vegetables from the gardens.
Chef Octávio opened this project in 2020. During the pandemic times, while all projects were closing, Chef Octávio dedicated time and energy to prepare the opening of this project. With a career with more than 25 years, the timing was perfect to prepare the launching of this project that results from his dream of creating a place where the gastronomic experience plays the most important role.
