Herdade Da Sanguinheira is a small charming boutique hotel located in Alto Alentejo, in the region of Ponte de Sor, just over 2 hours from Lisbon. Surrounded by the bucolic mountains and the plain that seems to have no end, the chirping of the birds allied to the sound of the wind results in a warm and calming atmosphere typical of the Alentejo.
The outdoor pool invites you to days of total relaxation, but it is the verdant landscape that makes you travel through the Zen universe.

With a minimalist decoration where the Portuguese tiles stand out and the details that parallel the local culture. An ideal hideaway for those looking for days of absolute rest in a getaway far from city rebellion. The farm consists of 4 apartments of T0 to T3 and 2 superior villas fully equipped.

João Pita and Ana Sanganha, the agricultural technician, she teaches music and arts. A lot was a life call that came to fruition in April 2015. Now they devote their attention to the exploitation of sheep in biological production mode that cover the 150 hectares of the estate, as well as the careful management of the apartments and villas that contemplate the tourist unit.

Visit Moinhos da Tramaga, relax by the Montargil reservoir and enjoy the good weather on the Alamal river beach. Discover Gavião and Ponte de Sôr by its pedestrian routes.

From Lisbon Airport follow the Avenida de Berlim and then use either of the tracks to follow the ramp to A1 North / A8 West / A12 South. Follow A1 and A23 to N358 in Santarém. Take exit 11 on the A23 to N358 towards Mouriscas. Continue on the N358 to your destination in Portalegre, the estate is on the right.

Check-in between 4 pm and 10 pm check-out between 8 am and 12 pm.

Reservations and Cancellations: Cancellations up to 15 days prior to check-in date, without additional costs. Cancellations up to 8 days before the check-in date, payment of 50% of the total amount of the reservation. No-Show or cancellations less than 8 days before the date of Check-in, payment of the entire reservation.
High Season (1 July to 30 September and festive seasons): Cancellations up to 60 days prior to check-in date, at no additional cost. No show or cancellations less than 60 days prior to check-in date, payment of full reservation.
